WHO WE ARE

Dallas-Fort Worth Clean Cities works to reduce transportation energy use and improve air quality by providing guidance to fleets and other drivers about clean vehicle fuels/technologies, coordinating infrastructure planning and readiness, and facilitating best practices around transportation-energy integration. DFW was one of the first regions to be designated as part of the DOE Clean Cities and Communities Partnership in 1995. The DFW Clean Cities Coalition is hosted within the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), which serves as the Metropolitan Planning Agency for the region.

MISSION

Improve air quality by promoting clean, reliable, accessible, and sustainable transportation technologies.

STRATEGIC PLAN

The Dallas-Fort Worth Clean Cities Strategic Plan is an actionable plan outlining the Coalition's goals and objectives through 2027. This plan will help steer the Coalition towards achieving its mission.

TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Dallas-Fort Worth Clean Cities Coalition has established a Technical Advisory Committee to guide the Coalition's strategic direction, support its activities, and facilitate its capacity for growth. For more information on the Technical Advisory Committee, visit the NCTCOGs' committee page.

OUR TEAM

Staff of the DFW Clean Cities Coalition are organized into two sub teams: Clean Vehicle Initiatives and Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Initiatives. Each team supports different aspects of the Clean Cities mission.
